Pastoral Learning Support Assistants needed for now and September

The School Teaching Personnel have a long standing relationship with this School in Guildford. The school has an average of 54 pupils on roll with boarding facilities. They cater for boys with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs with additional special needs such as Autism and Complex Learning Needs who have either been excluded from mainstream education, or are unable to access mainstream education. The school is set in 42 acres of ideally situated, geographically Surrey countryside and developmentally and strategically able to become a leading SEMH Hub within and across the South East, therefore candidates that can drive are more ideal but the bus stop is about a 15 minute walk to the school.
The Job
Pastoral Learning Support Assistants required immediately at a special education needs (SEN) school based in Guildford. We are looking for someone who will be strong working within a team and can effectively support the teachers and therapists to provide support to groups and individuals. The class sizes will between 4-8 students and also working on a 1-1 basis. We welcome candidates will all ranges of experience but our successful candidates will be highly motivated at providing the best care to inspire and encourage the children at this school.
