SEN behaviour Teaching Assistant

Job description

A using client school in Widnes are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join them in a full time role that will start ASAP. The school have identified a number of statements and have received extra funding!

The role will consist of supporting a small group of children who exhibit challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will have; - Experience working with children with challenging behaviour (Not essential) - The ability to be patient and calm in challenging circumstances - A passion for seeing children achieve and progress

This role requires candidates to be proactive. Experience and qualifications aren't essential! It is a full time role 5 days a week and will run for the full academic year. Part time candidates are still urged to apply!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
