Role Overview: As a Drama Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in developing students' confidence, communication skills, and appreciation for the performing arts. This position involves teaching students across Key Stages 3 to 5, directing school productions, and fostering a vibrant creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and educational drama lessons.
- Direct and produce school plays and performances, showcasing student talent.
- Inspire students to appreciate and participate in the performing arts.
- Assess and record student progress and provide feedback to promote development.
- Manage classroom resources and create a stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with other arts departments to integrate curriculum and enrich student experiences.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
