TP Tutors seeks tutors for personalized 1:1 sessions, starting promptly. Ideally, we seek educators with teaching or education-related qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalised support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, addressing issues like anxiety and depression, to foster their academic engagement.
Collaborate with teachers and professionals to devise and execute tailored learning plans, considering each student's unique requirements, strengths, and growth areas.
Employ various strategies and materials to encourage positive behavior management and emotional regulation in 1:1 settings.
Assist students in cultivating crucial life skills such as, Maths, English,communication, resilience, and self-regulation
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise in supporting SEMH students.
