Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for experienced educators to deliver English and Maths tutoring in the Worksop (S81) area. As a one-on-one tutor, you'll be crafting and executing tailored catch-up programs for children in care or those currently not attending school.

With a surge in demand for tuition ahead of GCSE exams, we're specifically seeking experts in core subjects. However, we also welcome applications from those skilled in guiding KS1 and KS2 pupils.

This role offers you the freedom to choose your workload according to your preferences, making it perfect for those seeking flexibility.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with primary or secondary aged children
  • A vibrant, engaging, and resilient approach

It would be advantageous if you:

  • Have prior experience in tutoring children
  • Have dealt with challenging behavior in educational settings
  • Possess a solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a willingness to learn
