Teaching Personnel are currently working for an alternative provision which caters for an increasingly diverse group of young people, aged between 5 and 16, who have experienced difficulty learning or disruption to their education at some stage of their school career. The young people attending the school are creative, determined and expressive. We seek to develop their potential through recognition of their skills combined with accurate and personalised interventions.

We are currently looking for support staff to work as behaviour mentors in the new academic year.

The role will be working 1:1 with students, helping them throughout the school day to work to the best of their ability and achieve realistic learning goals set by the school. You will need to be experienced with challenging behaviour and have a great sense of humor! Many of the students come from disadvantaged backgrounds and deserve only excellence in all aspects of their educational experience to ensure that they truly fulfil their potential. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
