We are urgently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for immediate full-time position in Halesworth.

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence – essential and non-negotiable
  (You’ll need to travel between sites and work flexibly across the area.)
• Individuals available to start immediately and commit to full-time hours.
• Previous SEN experience is highly advantageous — whether in schools, care settings, or other support roles.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners with a range of needs, and the confidence to build positive, engaging relationships.

Fast-Track Clearance

If you already hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only) on the Update Service, we can get you cleared and started as soon as possible — perfect for those ready to hit the ground running!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting students with diverse learning needs both in and outside the classroom.
• Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored support.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal development in every learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
