About the Role:
This role will incorporate delivering short 1:1 interventions to improve behaviour whilst implementing the schools behaviour policy and monitoring progress.
The successful candidate will act as a role model for students to encourage positive behaviour.
The students you will be supporting find it difficult to engage and remain focused throughout their lessons, therefore your role will largely be to keep them on track and aid young peoples learning. Due to the challenging nature of these students, you may also be required to help with diffusing situations and de-escalating behaviour.

- You will have your very own specialist Recruitment Consultant dedicated to finding you work.
- Access to our CPD academy - numerous courses to help your learning development such as Team Teach.
- Competitive pay rate - we care about all our teachers and so ensure we offer you a fair and competitive rate.
- Flexibility - One extremely useful benefit of securing your long term role through us is that it allows you to go into a school and decide whether it is the right one for you before fully committing to the entire academic year
- Refer a Friend Scheme - financial benefits for every friend that joins us
- Weekly Pay - you will be paid weekly directly into your bank account
Please apply with your CV and cover letter.
I look forward to hearing from you.
