Would you like to support students with SEMH needs?
Teaching Personnel Bristol are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant on behalf of a client secondary school in Easton. This is a full time role and will begin after Easter.
- Full Time
- £54-£65 a day (dependant on experience)
- Easter start date
About the Role:
This role will incorporate delivering short 1:1 interventions to improve behaviour whilst implementing the schools behaviour policy and monitoring progress.
The successful candidate will act as a role model for students to encourage positive behaviour.
The students you will be supporting find it difficult to engage and remain focused throughout their lessons, therefore your role will largely be to keep them on track and aid young peoples learning. Due to the challenging nature of these students, you may also be required to help with diffusing situations and de-escalating behaviour.
