We are proud to be seeking an engaging Teaching Assistant at an improving secondary school close to St. Neots, Cambridgeshire.
The Successful Candidate Should:
- Be motivated to inspire and encourage children.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to deliver specific interventions as and when required – a passion for Maths, Science or English is advantageous but not essential.
- Be confident in managing the behaviour of pupils aged 11-16 years.
The newly-appointed Teaching Assistant will be responsible for providing ongoing support to GCSE students at our welcoming partner school. They will support with the preparation and delivery of lessons as well as leading specific smaller group or 1:1 interventions as and when required.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and developing secondary school in Cambridgeshire, with the possibility to earn a permanent contract through an introduction by Teaching Personnel.
