Science Teacher - May start

The governors of a Liverpool based secondary school are currently seeking to appoint a Science Teacher to a full time position starting in May 2019.

The Science department deliver AQA specifications up to GCSE and so experience with this exam board would be beneficial. Consisting of 7 teaching staff the Science department also has support of 2 lead practitioners and a member of Senior Leadership. With a diverse range of specialisms in the department already, applicants with any specialism would be welcomed.

Candidates considering this role should:

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status

- Hold a Bachelors in a science related subject

- Be able to develop a classroom environment orientated around engagement

- Effectively motivate pupils to drive their own learning

The school is partnered with an 'Outstanding' Teaching School. There is access to a range of CPD opportunities and there is a full induction process for NQT's.
