Job Title: One to One Tutor

Location: West Midlands, Birmingham

Salary: £25.00 Per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated One to One Tutor to join our team in West Midlands, Birmingham. As a One to One Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalised academic support to students in a one-on-one setting.

Job Duties:

  • Develop individualised lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
  • Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Education or a related field
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students

Education:

Degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Proven tutoring or teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK education system
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
