We are seeking to appoint a permanent, full time Teacher of Science in BD12, Bradford. The successful candidate will be required to teach Science up to KS4.

First and foremost, we require a teacher who can build excellent relationships with students. We are also seeking to appoint somebody with a good sense of humour and who enjoys working in a team. These are hugely important qualities in terms of collaborative working, but also in getting the very best out of the students.

Subject knowledge is important, as is an up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in Science. The successful candidate will thoroughly enjoy teaching their subject and understand the importance of Science in contributing to the students’ wider development.

Standards of behaviour are good but are still progressing also. This is achieved because of a very strong team work ethic in pastoral management, but also they do not tolerate poor choices without proportionate consequences.
