Science Teacher – Dagenham

** Science Teacher – Dagenham** Science Teacher – Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 3 (Secondary - KS3 and KS4) ** Science Teacher – Physics Teacher, Biology Teacher, Chemistry Teacher** Science Teacher – ASAP Start, Easter Start or September Start** Science Teacher – Dagenham, Essex, Barking & Dagenham, Ilford, Romford, Brentwood **** Science Teacher – MPS / UPS**

Science Teacher required for a school in the Dagenham area. The school is a modern institution with the latest Ofsted report rating the school “GOOD” (Ofsted, 2018) and praising the availability of resources to staff and students, as well as the facilitates which help create an ideal learning environment. The school is on several bus routes and easily accessible via car. There are two on-site car parks – one for permanent staff and one for visitors. The school is located closeby to a leisure centre with a huge gym and swimming pool. All school staff are entitled to discount on exercise classes, membership and food in the highly rated cafeteria.

Staff at the school are very complementary of the Senior Leadership Team – they are very focused on staff retention, therefore make sure that they treat all staff equally and correctly. There are 1:1 sessions with the head of department every fortnight where you can discuss your workload as well as raise any other concerns you may have.

Science Teacher – Requirements

  • Science Teacher Qualifications – QTS, PGCE, QTLS or other relevant teaching qualification.
  • Science Teacher Experience – Experience teaching all 3 sciences to KS3 and KS4. Ideally be able to teach KS5 in your specialism (The school have a preference on chemistry however this is by no means essential).
  • Science NQTs – Open to apply
