Experienced Primary Teachers – Flexible Opportunities Across Dorset
Full Time | Part Time | Day-to-Day Supply | Long-Term Roles

Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety and a better work-life balance?

We are working with a wide range of welcoming and supportive mainstream primary schools across Dorset who are seeking confident and adaptable teachers to support on a flexible basis. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply, part-time hours, or longer-term placements, we can tailor opportunities to suit you.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments

  • Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom presence

  • Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning

  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Recent experience within mainstream primary settings

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
