✨ SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Opportunity | Christchurch ✨

Are you an experienced and caring SEN Teaching Assistant ready for your next full-time role? We are currently supporting a lovely primary school in Christchurch that is looking for a dedicated TA to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in a child’s development, within a school that values support staff and promotes a positive, inclusive environment.

The role will include:

  • Delivering tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN

  • Supporting academic progress alongside social and emotional development

  • Helping the child engage with lessons and access the curriculum

  • Working collaboratively with class teachers and the wider support team

  • Promoting confidence, independence and positive behaviour

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience supporting children with SEN

  • Be patient, nurturing and dependable

  • Feel confident working both independently and as part of a team

  • Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
