SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: Poole - BH14
Start: Easter 2026

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 2:1 support to two children with SEND in a friendly and supportive primary school setting in Poole.

The Role:

  • Work closely with two children with SEND, providing individualised support tailored to their needs.

  • Assist with learning, development, and social integration, ensuring the children feel safe and included.

  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement strategies and support plans.

  • Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.

  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children’s needs.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.

This is a full-time position to start on the 13th of April 2026, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of these children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
