Teaching Personnel are looking for an inspirational Science Teacher to join one of our partner schools within the South Tyneside area. The school has consistently been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and is looking to continue maintaining the high level of results within the faculty. The school itself has a strong ethos that is the centre of life within the school and has around 1300 pupils on roll.
You will be replacing a well established member of the department who has taught KS3, KS4 & KS5. It is not essential to teach up to A-Level, however the ability to do so in any subject would be highly beneficial. Ideally you will be a Biology specialist, however the school is open to specialisms within other subjects. The successful candidate will also be able to effectively manage challenging behaviour. It is expected that the successful Teacher will participate in all staff training and will also contribute to the wider life of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
