Are you a recent graduate looking for teaching experience in an OFSTED 'good' setting, which is striving to be 'outstanding'?
I am working on behalf of a Wakefield secondary school in a semi rural setting. The school promotes a 'positive behaviour' policy believing that all pupils should reach their own potential. This role will be teaching numerous subjects to GCSE level for a minimum period of one term. The role would include being willing and able to supervise classes of 11-16 year old pupils, using strategies to manage behaviour in line with school policy. You would be delivering lessons from a range of subjects across the national curriculum set by a qualified teacher, with no planning or marking involved.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have some experience of working in an education setting, which can be referenced
- Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS)
- Be passionate about children's success
- Possess the motivation to achieve and add value to the school
- Be flexible, punctual, professional and approachable
- Have excellent behaviour management
The successful candidate will benefit from:
