Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 per annum (M1 – UP3)

Teaching Personnel is working on behalf of a successful upper school in the Bournemouth area to recruit a full-time Teacher of Psychology and Criminology for a permanent position starting in September 2025. • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a strong subject knowledge in Psychology and Criminology.

• Awareness of Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction and contemporary educational approaches such as those found in Tom Sherrington’s ‘WalkThru’ or Doug Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’.

• A passion for teaching and a commitment to driving student progress.

• Open to Early Career Teachers as well as experienced educators.
