The Role: Specialized Educational Support in Luton
We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our partner schools in Luton as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. This role is critical to supporting the holistic development of pupils, ensuring a structured and productive learning environment across various age groups.
You will provide essential academic and emotional support, working with students either one-to-one or in small, focused groups, to execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and promote student independence.

Experience and Background (Transferable Skills)

No prior school experience is mandatory.

Transferable skills from backgrounds in care/support work, youth services, residential settings, or coaching are highly valued.

Prior experience supporting children with SEN is an advantage.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
