Teaching Opportunities:

Teaching Personnel are the largest Education Staffing Agency in the UK, with a well established Lancashire Office made up of five experienced Recruitment Consultants passionate about servicing Primary Schools and finding suitable work for our teaching staff. We are able to offer a constant flow of teaching work to suit the needs of our staff due to the increasing number of schools approaching the agency for quality teaching staff to cover in school. Supply work is not just ‘on the morning’, more and more schools are approaching us with pre-booked teaching work. Booking reasons vary, Teaching Personnel Teachers may be asked to cover, PPA Cover, Management Release Time, NQT Release Time, Course Cover, Residential Trip Cover, Additional Interventions and of course, Sickness Cover.

Whether you are an Experienced Teacher looking for work to fit around additional commitments; or if you are a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to gain further experience within a variety of schools before committing to your first full time teaching role – we can source work to suit your work preferences!

Additionally, if you have had a career gap and you are keen to get back into the classroom, Teaching Personnel can help with this transition and talk you through the best options moving forward and provide work to suit you!

In addition, if you have recently completed a long-term contract or supply role and you are keen to secure your next classroom teaching role – we are keen to place teachers into permanent/contracted roles and we make it straight forward for schools to do so. Whether you are an EYFS, KS1, Lower KS2 or Upper KS2 Specialist, due to the demand of the schools we are currently servicing with staffing requirements, we are keen to speak with Educational Professionals looking for Teaching work across Lancashire.

Person Specification:

In order to be considered for Teaching opportunities through Teaching Personnel, candidates have hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, you must be able to provide two Education based referees that we are able to contact, and of course – you MUST have a passion for maximising attainment in the classroom and contribute toward the learning and development of children.
