Online Teacher/Tutor
Teaching Personnel understand that this is an extremely difficult time for all, the pressure placed on the educational system from covid-19 is unimaginable. We are supporting the schools any way we can during this period of uncertainty- one of the ways that we can do this is through online teaching/tutoring.
We are recruiting for fully qualified teachers to offer online teaching to primary pupils throughout Cambridgeshire- you would be working through our Bramble system- lessons would be one hour long- either on a 1:1 basis or with a maximum of 4 pupils per session. The current target for these online teaching sessions would be the core subjects (English,Maths and Science) however more subject matters may be added to this platform. This role would offer a huge amount of flexibility- you can choose to do as many sessions as you like- making this the perfect opportunity for teachers with other life commitments. Sessions will be held over web cam- therefore it is required that you have access to a working webcam and microphone.
The ideal candidate:
-Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Ability to run 1:1 teaching sessions
- Strong knowledge of the Core primary subjects
- Ability to plan and run sessions for pupils of varied abilities
- Engaging teaching style
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the Update service (we can help with this)
- UK address and right to work
