Primary Supply Teacher – Day-to-Day | Dorchester | Flexible Work

Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and reliable Primary Teachers for day-to-day supply work across Dorchester and the surrounding areas. This is an ideal opportunity for qualified teachers who want the flexibility of choosing when and where they work.

About the role:

  • Job type: Day-to-day / short-term supply
  • Location: Dorchester and nearby areas
  • Year groups: EYFS, KS1 & KS2
  • Start date: Immediate and ongoing
  • Working hours: Flexible – you choose your availability
  • Pay: Market-related, dependent on experience and responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons across primary year groups
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Adapting to different school settings with confidence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
