Primary SEN Assistant

You will be working with pupils who exhibit angry, aggressive and withdrawn behaviour towards members of staff and other pupils. You will be working closely with the Head Teacher and the SENCO, ensuring regular feedback and evaluations are given to help improve the pupil's behaviour and overall performance.
To be considered for this role, you must express the following skill set:
- Experience in a UK primary school (Early Years, KS1 and KS2)
- Experience working with students who have demonstrated challenging behaviour
- Confident, patient and tolerant
- Excellent communication skills
