Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
*Support the emotional and social development of students, implementing strategies to manage behavior effectively.
*Work collaboratively with other staff to plan cohesive educational strategies.
*Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
*Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy educational environment.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
*Experience in teaching students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
*Strong understanding of the strategies needed to establish a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
*Ability to engage with and inspire students.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies.
