Teaching Personnel are looking for an aspiring Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Primary team in Cardiff. The team currently consists of four people and they are looking to hire another for growth and business development purposes. The team are highly successful and work with a large number of client schools across South Wales and South West Wales.
The successful applicant will be energetic, passionate, keen to work to targets and driven to succeed. The role is covering a warm desk with some already existing clients and the aim would be to bring on new using schools and grow the business to further success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling the staffing requirements of client schools ensuring all their bookings are filled
- Recruiting teachers and teaching assistants for both short and long term work
- Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
- Sales and business development calls to convert new clients
- Business meetings with school leaders
- Personally interviewing and completing all vetting checks for candidates
- Managing a busy workload in a fast paced environment
Successful applicants must:
- Have and active interest in or experience of working within education
- Have sales/customer service experience
- Be ambitious and keen to succeed
- Be keen to develop professionally
- Be looking for a long term career
- Be driven by targets and meeting KPI's
