An opportunity has arisen to recruit two passionate Polish speaking teaching assistants to join a primary team in the Swansea area. Experience in an education setting is not vital but will be advantageous.

Successful candidates will be expected to support the teachers working across Foundation Phase and KS2, and will be working with Polish speaking students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The roles will be for two days per week.

You must demonstrate a strong ability to use your own initiative, build good relationships with students and establish positive behaviours for learning.

Successful applicants will have to have the following:

Excellent reading, writing and numeracy skills

Good organisational and communication skills

The ability to build strong professional relationships with both staff and pupils

Excellent command of English and Polish
