If so, Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers for ECT roles starting in September 2024.
We are looking to recruit ECT’s who have completed their teacher training or graduates who are looking for experience. Teaching Personnel work with Primary schools across Crawley who are on the look out for fresh talent to join them in the new academic year.
We are looking for the following qualities in applicants:
- Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Passion for Education and can do attitude
- Excellent classroom management skills
- The ability to work flexibly and be reliable
- A genuine passion for providing a high-quality education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
