EYFS/ KS1 Teaching Assistant
Excellent Teaching Assistant experienced in phonics required to work within a Nelson Primary School.
Experience planning, delivering, and assessing Phonics across EYFS and KS1 is highly desireable.
- Excellent classroom based references from within the last twelve months is essential for this role.
- Opportunity to secure a long term/perm position within a ‘Good’ Nelson Primary School.
Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate teaching assistant, to working within a Nelson Primary School. The position is to start on a full-time basis upon the return to school in September 2021, intiailly for the entire academic year with the opportunity to secure a longer term/permanent contract.
The successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 and small GROUP Phonics booster session for EYFS and KS1 pupils in preparation for the Phonics screening. Experience working with ‘Read, Write, Inc’ Phonics and delivering small group intervention is highly sought after for this role.
This position offers candidates the scope to develop their career within a Primary school, alongside upholding high expectations of learning, attainment and behaviour. The school is easily accessible via car and public transport.
