We are looking for a passionate NA who would love to work alongside the Nursery Team in providing the best start to a child's education. What do I need to have to be a Learning Assistant:

  • A GCSE or equivalent at grade C/level 4 or above in Maths and English
  • Experience working alongside young children in a relevant environment
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • An updated CV
  • Reference details from Two most recent children based environments
  • Aspirations to encourage and inspire children to learn
  • Patience and dedication to your role

What are my responsibilities:

  • Support children inside and outside of the classroom
  • Organise fun and educational activities
  • Assist both teachers and children in daily tasks
  • Provide encouragement and praise for children in all that they do
  • Prepare children for the next stage of education
