Nursery Assistant in Bodmin

Would you like to work as a Nursery Assistant? Are you worried you don't have enough experience? Do you want support throughout your application? Are you close to the Bodmin area? If so, then we may have a perfect role for you!

We are looking for a passionate NA who would love to work alongside the Nursery Team in providing the best start to a child's education. If you are a motivated and caring person and want the opportunity to influence children and assist them on their journey, then register with Teaching Personnel and we will dedicate ourselves to helping you.

What do I need to have to be a Learning Assistant:

  • A GCSE or equivalent at grade C/level 4 or above in Maths and English
  • Experience working alongside young children in a relevant environment
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • An updated CV
  • Reference details from Two most recent children based environments
  • Aspirations to encourage and inspire children to learn
  • Patience and dedication to your role

What are my responsibilities:

  • Support children inside and outside of the classroom
  • Organise fun and educational activities
  • Assist both teachers and children in daily tasks
  • Provide encouragement and praise for children in all that they do
  • Prepare children for the next stage of education
