Teaching Personnel are working with a large primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit an NQT to start ASAP. The school are happy to discuss both long-term and permanent contracts.
The school has expressed particular interest in meeting with candidates from as wide a variety of training routes as possible including PGCE and BA/BEd with QTS.
The ideal candidates will have ideally already developed a keen interest in working with Year 3 and preferably will have experience of placement teaching in Year 3 class.
- Specialist Year 3 NQT placement
- Security of long-term/permanent work to complete your NQT Induction
- 'Outstanding' Ofsted graded school
- Fantastic support from a Head Teacher with years of experience supporting NQTs through their induction
The school does have very high expectations of its teachers but are incredibly supportive and will help you build all the skills to become a fully fledged 'Outstanding' teacher. The headteacher is serious about creating an environment where teachers want to stay and build their careers. A middle management team has recently been introduced so there is clear progression for strong teachers aiming to progress quickly in to leadership roles.
