The Role

Teaching Personnel are currently in the process of recruiting behavioural support specialists to work as Specialist Teaching Assistants in Hull through a range of support services, specialist schools and other alternative providers.

The roles are becoming more frequent as the academic year progresses and Teaching Personnel are keen to work with individuals who have previously worked with difficult or challenging behaviour. While preferably the experience will have been in an alternative provision or other school setting, if you have other relevant experience we would love to hear from you.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
