An exciting opportunity to join the MFL department of a large secondary school in Bury, known for its consistent climb in performance tables.
- Full-time MFL teacher – Spanish.
- Required from January 2021 until the end of the academic year in the first instance.
- Teaching across Key Stage Three and GCSE.
- Paid in line with teaching scale – GBP25,714 – GBP41,604.
The incoming teacher will be working with pupils aged 11-16 and will be expected to teach a full timetable alongside planning and preparing dynamic lessons to suit the needs of pupils at varying levels of learning. The successful candidate will also be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities.
The incoming teacher should have previous experience teaching French and Spanish previously up to GCSE level. To be considered you must have QTS and a PGCE in a relevant language.
Our client school is located in Bury and can be accessed via the M66 and A56 from the surrounding areas such as Bolton and Rochdale. For non-drivers, there are several public transportation links from neighbouring areas such as Whitefield and Prestwich.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
