If you're answering yes, then Teaching Personnel would like to hear from you..... Now! I'm working with an outstanding school in Cardiff who are looking for Maths Grads to start in September, and work for one academic year. The school is set in extensive grounds and easily accessible viabus and car. The graduate scheme was established in 2012, and has already gone on to aid the qualification of four maths teachers and over twenty teachers in total across all subjects.

You will become an integral part of the maths department and learn how plan, prepare and deliver lessons. You will also learn behavior management techniques and how to differentiate your lessons.

In return you will expected to raise attainment through 1-2-1 and small group tuition and in class support.

The roles are 5 days per week, school days, so you'd typically be working 815-330ish. There will be a certain amount marking but not a massive amount.

Ideal candidates have the following -

• A first or 2:1 in a maths based degree

• Previous tuition and/or school based experience

• A 'can do' attitude and a desire to teach
