Job Overview 

We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join one of our respected partner schools in the Walsall area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in students’ learning journeys. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we’re flexible and keen to find the right fit for both teacher and school.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated maths lessons to secondary pupils

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and support

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

  • Maintain high expectations of student behaviour and achievement

Ideal Candidate :

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4; KS5 desirable)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A proactive and flexible approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
