This post is suitable for any level of Maths teacher and the school are willing to assist those who are newly qualified in completing their induction year. The incoming Maths teacher will join a small department who have achieved excellent results in recent years through a best practice model and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning, encouraging pupil participation in Mathematics. The school is located on the central tram line from Manchester and is situated between Crumpsall and Blackley.

This post as a Maths teacher will hold certain responsibilities, including;

- Department responsibility for the planning, marking and assessment of schemes of work across Key Stages 3 and 4

- Tracking progress of your classes in Mathematics and relaying this back to the Head of Maths

- Contribute and support the departments best practice model

- Support students with targeted intervention for booster sessions
