Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in maths lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups

• Work alongside class teachers to deliver targeted interventions and revision support

• Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards maths

• Assist in planning, resource preparation, and progress tracking

• Build strong relationships with students, motivating them to achieve their potential

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in Maths or a related subject (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Physics)

• Passionate about working with young people and making a difference in education

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning

• Experience working or volunteering with young people is desirable but not essential
