Graduate Teaching Assistants – Secondary Schools (Fallowfield)
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Daily Rate: £89 – £100

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable school-based experience before progressing into teaching, educational psychology, or youth work? Secondary schools in Fallowfield are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their support teams from September 2025.

This is an ideal opportunity to build classroom experience, work closely with students, and develop the practical skills needed for a future career in education.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need additional help

• Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement

• Helping to prepare resources and support classroom organisation

• Building positive relationships with students and staff

• Receiving regular feedback, mentoring, and CPD opportunities

We’re Looking For:

• A degree (any subject) – education, psychology, English, maths, or science preferred

• A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed

• A proactive and professional attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
