Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Denton)
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Daily Rate: £89 – £100 (Depending on Experience)

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Denton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2025. Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN and EHCPs

• Assist teaching staff in the delivery of differentiated lessons

• Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development

• Monitor progress and contribute to individual support plans

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting young people (school, youth work, or care setting)

• Patient, empathetic, and resilient with a passion for inclusive education

• Able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Knowledge of SEN strategies or a willingness to develop in this area
