This apprenticeship is ideal for someone passionate about working with young people and eager to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in and out of the classroom across a range of subjects

• Assist teaching staff with lesson delivery, preparation, and behaviour management

• Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support for students with additional needs

• Promote positive learning attitudes and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment

• Participate in training, mentoring, and development activities as part of the apprenticeship

Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping young people succeed

• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• No prior experience required – just a genuine interest in education and working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
