Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants for a school in Wythenshawe that caters for pupils aged 11-19 with Complex Cognitive Difficulties. An ideal candidate for this school would have:
- A warm and friendly personality
- Experience of working with children with SEN/ Willingness to Train
- A passion and dedication to working with young people
This school has a population of only a 100 pupils in order to provide the very service to its pupils, and their achievement can be seen in the fact that their first OFSTED report (2019) was graded as Outstanding in all areas. The school has achieved this through a personalised curriculum for its pupils, which prepares them not only for further education but all aspects of adult life, including home management and their careers.
