Learning Support Assistant

Do you have experience supporting pupils with SEN?

Teaching Personnel are working with a primary school in Poole, seeking a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 basis with a pupil with SEMH needs.

The pupil will require 1-1 support both inside and outside the classroom. This is a full time role to start in September 2018, fixed term for the academic year.

To be successful in this role you should:

  • have experience supporting children with SEN
  • be confident with behaviour management
  • be resilient

Team Teach training is desirable but not required.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
