Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive individual looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We’re seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join one of our friendly and inclusive primary schools in the Fareham area.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Experience supporting children in a primary school or similar educational setting
• A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to learning and wellbeing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different learning needs and classroom settings
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
• A relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)

Your key responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Help prepare learning resources and maintain a well-organised classroom
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing among pupils
• Support learners in developing independence and confidence
• Contribute to a safe, caring, and stimulating school environment
