KS3/4 Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Billingham TS22

Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant to work in a rewarding role with SEN students, commencing ASAP on a long term basis in Billingham (TS22). The role involves working in classrooms for Key Stages 3 and 4. A Team Teach qualification is desirable for this role although not mandatory, as the role will consist of working with challenging behaviour. You must be a strong role model, motivated and dedicated to providing outstanding teaching. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers as well as specialist teaching assistants, and you will become a part of the schools extensive community. The ideal candidate will have:

- At least three months experience working with SEND pupils

- TA Qualification, Level 3 (or relevant experience/degree)

- Excellent behaviour management skills

- A patient and caring attitude
