KS1 & KS2 EAL teaching assistant

Teaching personnel are working closely with a 3 form entry Primary school in Manchester, M21. The Manchester school is looking for a Teaching Assistant that can cover both KS1 & KS2 and offer support for the pupils that have English as an Additional Language (EAL). The role would require you to support the pupils during class time.
The role will involve working with children from multiple backgrounds and Ethnicity's and helping support them in order to help them succeed throughout school. The Manchester school invests a lot of time in ensuring their EAL pupils are given the best chance possible to succeed so the role would receive a lot of support from the staff in the school.
The school, previously rated "good" in their latest OFSTED report, would expect the candidate that came in to maintain the standards of the school and equally share the passion for success that the school has.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
