Are you an aspiring secondary teacher with experience working with children? If you have ambitions to become a teacher and want to work in education, Teaching Personnel are the market leading education recruitment agency and due to the extremely busy nature of supply work, we are looking for confident individuals to work as cover supervisors in Newcastle.
The role of Cover Supervisor requires you to manage behaviour in a classroom where the work is set and to ensure the class are as productive as possible. You will NOT be required to teach.
- Cover supervisor in Heaton (full or part time supply work)
- Flexible work, in your local area
- Ideal experience for aspiring secondary teachers
- Earn up to £350 per week
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large secondary school in Newcastle. They are seeking Cover Supervisors through the busy period, which will involve covering lessons in the absence of teachers and working with the schools cover team. Previous experience in the classroom is desirable, however if you are confident leading groups and can follow instructions and the schools behaviour policy you will also be considered.
Additionally, if you are looking for flexible work around current commitments, we are able to provide work that fits with your current schedule. All work is set by class teachers and you will be required to follow the lesson plans and ensure behaviour is managed and lesson disruption is at a minimum.
