Job description

You will support pupils in making accelerated progress and to meet or exceed national attainment expectations.

It will be a flexible non class based position where you will be able to focus entirely on improving children's attainment. You primary focus will be literacy. In the mornings you will be doing guided reading groups with 4-6 children and in the afternoons you will be delivering phonics booster groups.

This is a short bus journey from Manchester Piccadilly so is easily accessible. When you are in this school you get a real sense of community and everyone is proud to be part of the school. Candidates with the following are more likely to be shortlisted:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualifications
• Experience Teaching KS1 and/or KS1 students and supporting with SAT's preparation
• Bubbly personality and someone who is happy to go the extra mile.
