Flexible Supply Teacher - Primary (Ad Hoc / Part-Time Cover)

We are looking to recruit a flexible and reliable Supply Teacher to provide ad hoc cover across primary schools in the Waterlooville and Petersfield areas.

This role is ideal for a teacher seeking a better work-life balance, offering the opportunity to work mornings, afternoons, or full days on a flexible basis to suit your availability.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2

  • Provide short-term and last-minute cover as required

  • Work flexibly – choose morning-only, afternoon-only, or full-day assignments

  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and class needs

  • Maintain a positive and effective learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)

  • Has experience teaching in primary settings

  • Is adaptable, flexible, and confident stepping into new classrooms

  • Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Is reliable and able to respond to ad hoc bookings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
