Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an Ofsted rated "Good" school in the heart of Grimsby and we are seeking on their behalf an experienced Key Stage 2 SATs booster intervention specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading small group, booster sessions with Key Stage 2 children, this will be supporting them through key objectives to close gaps in learning.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team and have the following qualities:

  • Have knowledge and understanding of the current KS2 curriculum complexities
  • Have recent experience of the KS2 SATs testing
  • Ensure the individual needs of the pupils are met through differentiated work
  • Maintain good order and discipline within the class, in line with the school's behaviour policy
  • Work alongside other members of staff to review and innovate the curriculum
  • Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve his/her potential

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Hold UK QTS
  • Be a motivational & innovative teacher
  • Be able to evidence recent 'good' or 'outstanding' observation reports
  • Have recent experience of teaching to Key Stage 2 Level
